日式樱花虾煎蛋卷•|•厚厚的煎蛋卷,夹裹着樱花虾,搭配上柴鱼片•|•可不要被劣质的照片误导!日式樱花虾煎蛋卷味道、口感都超棒的!日式蛋卷与中式芙蓉蛋不同。中式芙蓉蛋经常都煎得又薄又干。日式蛋卷略带甜味,煎得厚厚、嫩嫩,吃了超满足的!搭配上美乃滋,分量适中,一点也不腻。煎蛋卷裹着厚厚一层貌似虾米的东西。可别小看它喔!它不是菜市场的那种劣质虾米,而是优等的樱花虾。之前到台北九份时尝过现炒樱花虾,香的咧!搭上蛋卷,更增添了这道菜的香味。但是,对我来说,整道菜的主角其实是柴鱼片。呵呵,我超爱柴鱼片的!不管是章鱼烧(Takopachi)、饭团(QQ Rice!)还是拉面,加上柴鱼片就是不一样。这道日式樱花虾煎蛋卷搭上柴鱼片,更是锦上添花!每个人的口味不同,以数字评论这道菜,不太好。但是,如果你喜欢有厚实感的鲜嫩蛋卷, good choice not to be missed!
豆腐起司蛋糕•|•貌似豆腐,起司味浓郁且不腻•|•豆腐起司蛋糕貌似豆腐,但是味道却不像豆腐一样单调,却保留了豆腐的清新口感。甜点是女生的最爱,也是女生的天敌。起司味浓郁,恰到好处,却不会过于甜腻,让人吃了两口就觉得腻。起司蛋糕口感,绵密厚实感十足!薄薄、脆脆的饼皮也增添了不同的感觉,口感绵密、味道浓而不腻,值得一试!
